We hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right — we’re here to help.

Returns – 14 Days

• You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
• To start a return, please email us at info@classycss.com with your order number and reason for return. 

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note we cannot accept returns for:

• Items marked as Final Sale
• Custom or personalized items
